Q: What days do orders ship?

A: Orders are shipped on business days, Monday- Friday (excluding federal holidays)

Q: When will my order ship if it’s placed over the weekend?

A: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday

Q: Are there additional charges for orders shipped to APO/FPO destinations?

A: No. There are no additional charges for orders shipped to APO/FPO destinations.

Q: Does Shoe Carnival ship to destinations outside of the U.S.?

A: No. Shoe Carnival currently only ships to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii

Q: Is delivery time exact?

A: Delivery time is estimated and assumes orders are placed by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday.

Same Day Delivery

Same Day Delivery is available in select markets for $9.95 or $4.95 for logged in Shoe Perks members.

Same Day orders will be delivered based on the time the order was placed, details below:

  • Orders Placed Before 1:00 pm CST | Will be delivered Same Day by 7:30 pm CST

  • Orders Placed After 1:00 pm CST | Will be delivered the NEXT day by 7:30 pm CST

Same Day Delivery orders that cannot safely be left at the delivery location will be returned to the store and a refund will be processed.
