Shoe Perks is a free rewards club that we created so that our top customers can earn points with every purchase they make in our stores and online.

How many points do I need to earn to receive my first rewards certificate?
We give you 1 point for every dollar you spend. When you have 200 points, we'll send you a $10 Shoe Perks rewards certificate that you can spend like cash in any of our stores. It's that simple.
Do the points in my account ever expire?
Yes. If an account is inactive for a period of 12 months with no sales activity your account may lapse and your points may be forfeited.
What is my Shoe Perks Rewards account number?
If you have already created an online account, please go to My Account and log in. After you have logged in, you will be on your member page with all of your information.
If you have not created an online account you can go to the My Account page and sign up.
I lost my Shoe Perks reward certificate. Can it be reissued?
Yes, if you have lost your most recent Shoe Perks reward certificate call us at 866-875-2737 or email us at shoeperks@shoecarnival.com.
My Shoe Perks reward certificate expired before I was able to use it. Can it be reissued?
We offer a one-time reissue of expired rewards. To have an expired reward reissued to you, call us at 866-875-2737 or email us at shoeperks@shoecarnival.com.
Can I redeem my Shoe Perks reward certificate online?
Yes, you must create or sign in to your account on www.shoecarnival.com. Within your customer profile, you must enter your ShoePerks member number. Once you have linked your ShoePerks account and shopping account, you will be able to see any available Reward Certificates. You can apply the Reward Certificates to your order at checkout. You can only redeem your Reward Certificate one time either in-store or online.
