ShoeCarnival.com – Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 60 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging. We will only accept used items if there is an obvious defect. These items can be returned to the ShoeCarnival.com Returns Center or at one of our retail locations.

Return/Exchange at a Shoe Carnival Stores

Rather than ship your purchase back to the Shoe Carnival Returns Center, you can return or exchange your unworn merchandise at a nearby Shoe Carnival store. We will credit you immediately, and you will not be charged for return shipping.

  1. Bring your receipt or invoice, original form of tender, and the original shoe packaging box.
  2. Purchases returned or exchanged within 60 days will receive credit in the original form of tender.
  3. Purchases returned or exchanged after 60 days will be issued a merchandise credit only.
  4. Purchases returned without a receipt or invoice will be issued a merchandise credit equal to the current selling price of the product.
  5. If you're returning a purchase made with any certificates or offer codes, you will be refunded only the final purchase price.
